I saw your restaurant on Triple D and was really impressed. I spent almost my entire life in California so I have eaten in many Mexican restaurants and taqurias just like Guy. Your pastor and the lamb had me ready to lick the television screen. Pastor is my favorite and I am also a huge lamb fan. I now live in Oregon and we have some of the finest lamb I have ever eaten. I am going to try doing those dishes at home. Great job! Huge knuckle bump.
Triple D aired today (3/10/12) loved everthing you do. Living in San Diego CA I always look for real Mexican food even here. Watching you chop the lamb from roasting with Joe behinfdyou made me think of Joe’s in earlier bone shattering day (Sorry Joe but man I still cringe thinking of it). The Pastor is something I want to make with my daughter today. and the pork….. oh goodness the pork marinated in the chile sauce. Mouth is watering now. I love how you made the real marinade. I’ve enjoyed watching Guy and glad he found your wonderful establishment. I do get to travel now and then and how my travels takes me to you.
I was born and raised in the San Diego area then lived in Texas, so I have a taste for true Mexican food and TexMex. I now live in the DC area and will be stopping by your place tomorrow on my way to family’s house since watching Triple D tonight!

I saw the rerun of the DDD episode; I’m a San Diego native now living 10 miles down the road from the Elkridge location. I can’t wait to visit and taste the Southwest again.
